OS 70 FS Cam Question

I took apart my OS 70 FS because it was gummed up from sitting. When I too it apart I noticed on the cam there is a chrome like coating peeling off. Is this anything to be concerned about?

It's a nickel plating. OS did this to mitigate corrosion. It is not a concern as it is probably actually worn off from use. The plating is a flash plating. It usually wears off on the running surface of the cam lobes.
