Okay so what am I overlooking.Took my new plane out for its maiden and did a radio check ,only one aileron working. The right one on channel one (futaba set up) left aileron works only if I use flap dial knob.Have another plane hooked up this way it works fine ailerons and flaps(flaperons). What don't I have activated on this plane that its not working???

Go into program mode ( edit) then press up or down untill you see FLPN

push the clear button and the Mix will be on. This will allow channel 1 and 6 to work ailerons.
Good luck.

I have had an Eclpse 7 for three years now and I love it - a great radio system - BUT!!! I never leave home without the instructions.

There are more features on this radio than the average flier will ever use - so it is a great first and last radio (You can grow into it and change your type of flying without buying a new radio every two years) -

BUT!! you have to read the instructions (regularly), changing from acrobatic to heli to V tail, flaps, flaperons, plus mixing, trim settings, end point adjustments etc - well you get the point - lots of options and a reference manual is a GOOD THING TO HAVE HANDY!!

IMHO

the differance between acro and glider is ch 5 and ch6

i believe your problem will be resolved if you are in acro mode [ch 6 is aileron ,5 is landing gear
