If everyone sends me their scrap balsa I'll glue it all together and cut him some 1/16 sheeting. May not be contest grade, but he just has to make more lightening holes

Question? Do you prefer drilling a prop front to back or back to front. Carbon and wood.
Thoughts?
Curious of peoples prefrence

If you put a piece of scrap wood under the drill hole, you will not get any break away burs. I do all the way through in one pass front to back. I also use a drill press to be sure my holes are at 90 deg.

I recently found a used drill press and starting doing that tthe last few props. The wood works great
