Insted of watching it, try it.

It's kinda like watching baseball, golf, or fishing on tv. Unless you have done it, and understand what goes into it, you won't like it.

I think you missed the humor in my post

I dont want to date myself but I was "hucking" long before the term was coined......let me see...I was tail touching my Morris Hobbies top cap back in '98....and hovering my own design models (not very well...3D models didnt even really exist except at the TOC...and they were crude by todays standards)...back in the mid '90's.

I suppose by the time 3D really caught on I was over the thrill of it...I placed third at the US Nationals Artistic Aerobatics Demonstration event back in 2002....Quique won.

I have nothing against 3D....or hucking....I just find that its overdone most of the time.....especially hovering Not my cup of tea....I will take a well done 1 roller inside any day of the week!

I hope your event has a good turnout though

can773, my bad
It just seems that 3D flying is not too popular here on RC Canada for some reason???

And thanks for the vote of confidence on the huckfest

It's to bad chad won't be going. I would classify the way he flys his FIA routine as hucking

We could talk about landings if we wanted to

I saw some good ones in Chilliwack!

Back on topic, I remember 10 years ago, we were happy to have an airframe just hang onthe prop for a few seconds. Let alone hanging it there for minutes on end. How things have changed!
