Whats the best tail servo for my 500?
I have an HK500 heli with a Futaba 6EXHP radio system and want to know what the best tail servo is for it? Does Hobby King sell one? I need something fast and trouble free

Budget within reason you know not too much but enough to get something good and my gyro is an HK401 the Futaba 401 clone.

No offence but that's a pretty bad answer... My "within reason" is completely different from your "within reason"...

For instance, I have a BLS 251 on my Trex 600 which is $155, I have 9650's or similar on most of my 450's which is still a $60 servo...

So... what is "within reason" for you?

I'm using the HK401 gyro it holds well but I don't think my servos have crisp enough response. I am in your ballpark as far as within reason goes sometimes you have to pay more it just means better planning. Would a gyro/servo combination that is sold as such be a better way to go?

So you have a $49 heli and $13 gyro and no one makes a $20 good servo, you could try any $6 servo as you are not risking anything of value here at all.

Thats frikin rude! if no one is buying stuff from your r/c store you insult them?? If you don't want to help leave it, but don't cut a guy down for trying to learn a hobby on a budget...Its not like evey one is so well off as a big man like you...
