Great Hobbies price increase

Did anyone notice GH just raised the price of the Hitec radio's and parts? I know the Aurora product is in very high demand. With the dollar getting closer to par the prices should be lower. WH still has the same prices for now with free shipping. Interesting

I didn't shop much at great hobbies but they aren,t the most bargain place i seened.....
sometimes my local hobby shop are making me save 100$ over GH....

GH charges crazy on shipping + their initial prices are normally higher by 30$ than my hobby shop but i guess they have a site to run people to pay ...

From what I've notice, the LHS down the road is consistently beating GH's prices, never mind the shipping. And our guy has ordered anything that I've wanted in the past. No reason for me to go with GH...

The only time I get stuff from GH is when Im in the city (Edmonton). I wont get them to ship anything, they just hold it there for me till the next time Im there.

Lately I have been going to another HS since the stuff I needed was only in the Nova Scotia store and I needed it now.

Yeah I noticed that as well. It might be a supplier issue or an IT error when prices were updated.
A number of other items went down in price while the Hitec products prices increased.
I was hoping to pick up x5 Hitec 7985 servos this weekend for a project but will just wait until the Toledo show and pick up 7955's for $90us instead.
