Make your E-flite Blade CX2 have a very steady hover!!

Hi. I discovered something while I was in the process of trying to make my friends Blade CX2 hover/fly better. Everything looked good with the head but it seemed to have a mind of it's own and it was as though someone else had ahold of the cyclic control and was rocking it around...... It seemed like I had to work the right stick quite abit to keep it in a nice hover, it wanted to move around alot. In the process of comparing to another friends CX2 we discovered that the top set of blades seemed to have alot more play where they mount onto the pins on the hub. I drilled out the holes in the blades where the hub pins go into and gave it more slop or freeplay on the pins ..... and .... WOW, what an absolutely gorgeous hover it has now!!!!!! If your top blades seem fairly snug with very little free play and the heli seems to move around alot in the hover try drill out your blade holes a little. Blades are cheap if you mess up a pair..... don't go too big. Am really happy/amazed how nice this heli flies now. Just thought I'd share this little tidbit. Hope your success is as good as mine was!! Thanks.
