Re: HC has new mini EPP model airplanes!

A buddy ordered the Christen Eagle and two others, the indoor Yak 54 and a pattern type plane, forget the name. The little ones come complete. All you need is thr trans. Should be here tomorrow.
I'm also test flying, getting the bugs out of the BNF Parkzone Sukhoi 26. Very agile little plane. Have fun.

This is the Piaget. This one is mine. We'll probably end up using them for combat. It does need the batt. and servos.

Re: HC has new mini EPP model airplanes!

I was also looking at the p-51. What battery do you think should be used in it? HC says between 100-200 mah and 1-2 cells but they don't have many batteries in that range.

Re: HC has new mini EPP model airplanes!

HC says 1S-2S but the ESC only works with 2S. And I would really recommend closer to 200MAh. HC has a 180 MAh one, but you could get 2 240MAh 1S cells and make a pack that is lighter than the 180. Oh, and I would get a spare motor to. (probably th hextronic 5 gram motor) because me and a few others over on RC groups have had bad motors. I am going to contact HC tonight and ask for a replacement.

Re: HC has new mini EPP model airplanes!

Test flew the Pigglet yesterday, don't know how to pronounce Piaget so I changed the name. Flies like they said it would. Climbs out of a hover with no problems. Couldn't wait for the batts. from HK so I used a 2 cell 360ma. No problems carrying the 1/2 oz. overweight at 2 1/2 oz. flying weight.
