Anyone racing nitro in Canada NEEDS one of these things! LOL... They work amazing. Best part about them is that when the motors warmed up to temperature, you just fire it up and rip! No need for lap after lap of warm-up. brap brap...GONE!!!

+1 the competition heater is a great buy ! Not only for the heating capabilities, but also for the heat cycling of the engine, prior to break in1

Go Comp Heat !

I was gonna buy the above mentioned. But, they sell spare parts for it, which means it brakes.
As far as the time it takes to warm up. Just drop your rc on your pit table, give the quick once over, then attach the heater to your motor and walk away.
And the price is pretty comparable(52 gbp = 83 cdn), except you will probably have to pay taxes and duties.
And Neil @ clockworks is a cool dude.

I wanted the 12v one, but there are too many precautions for it. The max voltage it can handle is 12.1, and a fully charged gel cell is 12.6 and a fully charged 3s lipo is 12.6. Too much hastle. Ill just plug it in and leave it on all day at the track.
