Re: Futaba rate gyro question
Its an ok match for an older Concept trainer but you need to enable Revo Mixing on your radio.
Use the power switch to turn it on and listen for it just before lift off.Otherwise you drink batteries just fueling and starting. Watch for the tailswing when landing! Last edited by cassat; 05-24-2008 at 10:17 AM. Reason: spell |

Re: Futaba rate gyro question
oh wow lol, i think i'll pack it up in the original box and sell it. She looks old but i know nothing about this one.
Sounds like you've obviously used it, reccomend it for the older helis? I have a few im setting up. Antiques i'd say but im going to get them running, in the air to a hover so i knowthey still fly and bring them down

Re: Futaba rate gyro question
Ok. If you do sell the antique helis, they can bring on good price there depending on the
condition. |

Re: Futaba rate gyro question
They are all mint, but no plans to sell them. I collect the older ones that have never been started or flown and just fly my newer ones.
I just like to know the older equipment. even has NES servo's that i've never seen. I've only been in this hobby for just under 5 years so i dont know much of the stuff older then that. Just like old muscle cars im collecting/restoring them ( 66 charger and a 67 shelby)

Re: Futaba rate gyro question
5 Years is a fair amount of time.
You can use the internet to search the older items for specs and info. Just use a search engine such as Google. Might be faster than posting 20 to 30 times a day here if you like. |
