Just an update, Slimline is going to replace all the mufflers even the ones I have had welded. I am out the shipping but at least I can recoupe the costs. . Scaleguy or anybody else can you give me more info on cannister setups for the da 85? Thanks... Brad.

I have two slimline pitts on my O.S 160s and have had no problem.One muffler has 3yrs on it the other 1yr.

Re: slimline problem
This was an old problem with the Da 85cc engine and wrap around mufflers, when the engine first came out, slimline and Da have both since rectified the problem.
