We are starting up a combat season to be held here in Kenora and hopefully we can talk the Dryden guys into getting scale planes as we intend to make season out of it and crown the champ at our fall funfly.
We will also be holding an unlimited class which allows coro planes etc, the main focus is scale combat , with small cheap scale arf's of kits which must be scale to compete. The low cost .25 engines will be determined so as to make it far and fun. Contact me please if you have any questions.

Re: Scale combat .15-.25 size

Hi Jimmy,

Do Not tell them that Scale Combat is the most fun you can have with a model airplane ...
They will figure it out when they get addicted !

At any Airshow/FunFly/Scale Rally we have 'demo' flown at, the Spectators love it.

The Maac Scale Combat Rules are a 'must read' as far as the very safe 'Combat Box' to fly in, and a safe distance from Spectators.

For .15/.25 engines, check out the Magnum XLS engines. They are worth every penny. (Cheap and Nasty !) Just like Combat Pilots!

Take care,
Have fun,
