Hi guys/gals, I was wondering if I can program the 50 amp Edge Lite controller to a 6 volt bec over the 5 volt defalt setting through the transmeter. I know I can change it if I had the computer patch cord which I do not have at this time but do plan on getting. Any help would be great. Thanks, John
P.S. this is for my 42" V2 Slick and I am going to run Hitec 5065s and think they would work best at 6 volts.

Not according to the manual:

http://www.castlecreations.com/suppo...edge_guide.pdf

Only LVC voltage, LVC type, Brake type, and PWM switching rate.

You will need the USB cable to set the output voltage of the BEC.

Thanks, going to have to order one but there was a coupon in the package that said free. Looks like something that would attach to the computer but not sure if this would be it. Thanks guys, John

It should be, most CC ESC's come with a coupon for a free Castle Link.

Re: Castle Creations Edge Lite 50amp

The Castle link Software is free but you will need to purchase the hardware (Cable and or Field Programmer). The field programmer is a few dollars more but well worth it if you want to make changes when the computer is not available.
