Okay guys,

Stop this nonsense! Torrential rains AGAIN here on Sunday (third or fourth weekend in a row!). Saturday was sunny but gale force winds and family commitments. Not to mention that the field is probably still under water from last weekend. I haven't flown since mid August! (Whine-whine-sniffle-sniffle).

Rain! Rain! Rain!

I spent a good chunk of the weekend closing the pool. Water so cold I had knitted gloves on with surgical gloves over them to keep from freezing my pinkies.

Haven't been able to fly for weeks.

Hi Guys,

I did manage some flying at the Halifax Radio Control Club. It was a beautiful Saturday with little wind and a sunny day. However, here is the field that I frequent most. It is a more rural setting...guess our flying days are over at this field for the season...will slow down our fall cleanup as well.....

This shot was taken by our resident awesome photographer Al Eastman..

Damn Nony, it's now official 22 days of rain in October. I only got 2 flights in all month . And I saw the low lights of the B.C. Lions game in Edmonton on the Sunday news cast. Beautiful blue sky, not a cloud to be seen.
