EZ start

hey guyz...does anyone here knows if the TRAXXAS EZ start will work on OS 18?..pls let me know guys..cheers & thanks in advance for your help..

yes it will just use the backplate from your TRX engine.

the TZ willll work as well as long as you pull the TZ crank out and put in a TM crank and the TRX backplate

ez start on an os.18tz

my advice would be to scrap the ez start and go with a starter box to start your truck.

the ez start setup is junk especially if you plan on racing. the wires from the ez start will break off alot and have to be resoldered.

even a rotostart is more durable than the ez start

I have to agree,scrap the EZ start .I made some mods to a $30 starter box that I picked up of this site and works great plus we use a pull start for back up!!! an O.S will always start easily as long as the tune is close !

yea i have a revo with the os .21tm more or less same as the .18tm, i had an ez start on there but it was cheesy i would say go with the starter box or a pull start. or maybe even a tiger drive
