The Kyosho Nexus will get you well through all your initial hover and FF training.

It's components wear relatively quickly and is a relatively higher maintenance unit compared to some of the other 30 size helis in its' entry level price range such as the Century Hawk Pro or the Hirobo Shuttle TS.

But after you have learned all the basics you can then use the motor and radio equipment and move it into a high performance 30 heli like the Hawk Pro or the Evo 30 or the Rappy 30V2.

By then you may even want to step into something in the 50 size like the Century Raven 50, TT Rappy 50SE or the Hirobo Evo 50.

But until then I am sure you will spend a lot of fun time teaching yourself to fly with your Nexus.

They were good helicopters for their time. Spend some extra time making sure it is set up correctly and it will fly just fine.

Take your time.

Now you have it--so go out and burn some fuel.
