Is there a possibility that your IE is of a language that is not English? My Simplified Chinese IE is blocked by HK. When I use it to visit HK, the web site pretends the site doesn't exist.

No maxx, that's not the case.US english is only one used.I don't know if it comes from the comp, or from ISP/Hobyyking
