the engine case size.....compare a .12-.15 to a .21+ and u will see a size difference....

its like a real engine... 305-350 chevy is smaller than a 400+ ci block...

also.....block size usually refers to what size engine mount your original vehicle came with....12's to 18 size mount (small) and 21 to 28 size mount (big). ie; There are 21's that will fit into a small block mount.

Is there a power difference too? Sirio has a .23 small block while there are also .21 big blocks, so how does the block size affect it?

i dont no for sure... but for the size/weight difference there may be...
