There is, but you'll need 200 - 300 feet of extension chord. Count on branching off someone's generator.

just broke in my RC8, I come from the 1/10 electric 2wd and 4wd racing world and was wondering if this is even worth my time or is the competition too steep. I have no spares anyways so i'd be screwed with a bad break.

Never mind that man. Come out and play!!! If your interested in coming out and winning the A-main, then stay home probably. If your interested in racing your car with a bunch of great guys, having lots of laughs, and gaining some experience, than come ooooon out!

Sure, there's lots of competition, but all the competition that may or may not beat you would still gladly lend you a hand or hook you up with the parts you need if their driving an Associated. You wouldn't regret coming.
