I have used tbm mounts in most of my planes. They are a little beefy for the loads they carry. I have a pair of seacraft mounts. They are lighter, and easier to mount in the plane, but they barely fit (height wise) in 50cc tunnels. I am, trying the dual proflow can mount on my current 103" 330sc build. Really simple design and light!

We did use the Pro Flow can mounts in Lorne's 126" Slick last spring. With good results, as far as I know. He did use that mounting system in one of his later airframes, the Edge/GP61/Pipe. Hopefully Lorne can add to this topic. He should be back from his latest international excursion.

I find the mounts you get from T-Bolt work quite well, they are wood (easy to work with) and are light!

Post #55 second pic. The pro flow smooth pipe mount lorne and I both used. I like it because instead of glueing one in you can remove it to be used in another plane. Fits pretty snug too

well, I am back from florida. The proflow mounts have worked great. on proflow cans and pipes. Also fit the eme cans we sell. The double set took a tiny bit of modifying to fit in the 126 slick but work great. Light weight and strong.
