Anyone who travels down there know of any "must see" hobby shops? I'll be in Rocky Mount NC and Greenville SC.

Just a shot in the dark but I figured I'd ask.

Well in Greenville it's not a Hobby Shop but there is Dr. Jim Pepino's Scale Plans & Photo Service.

He is dead but his wife was still running the business. Who knows she might let you drop by and checkout the hundreds of pland and thousands of drawings and photos.

ever heard of the Hobby Connection in Easley (about 12 km from Greenville)

That's one I will be checking out.

Is the place you mention a shop or someone's home?

I believe it is a house.

Check MAN for current add.... she may have finally closed up shop. If she did I sure would like to know where everything went to!

Well, NO one has mentioned THE BIG ATTRACTION to see when you are in Greenville South Carolina.

You HAVE TO go visit Triple Tree aka "Home of the Joe Nall and the Don Lowe Masters"

It's only a 20 minute drive south out of Greenville.

I just got back. I couldn't find that place however I did visit The Hobby Connection.

A great group of guys in a well stocked hobby shop. Nothing like the smell of after run oil and castor to make a lonely traveller feel like home again

If anyone out there is in or around Greenville/Eastly, it's worth the trip to this shop.
