os engines?

Hi all I just a firestorm and I want to upgrade the engine. Someone said put a os 18. But how the hell do you know what engine to use? I went on the os site and there are so many engines there. How do you figure out what engine can be used on what car?
Thanks

go to there site again and click on the diffrent pictures of the .18 motors you are looking at and it will tell you what its "best for" try and get something somewhat to the same motor you have already. Or talk to your local hobby shop!

Hope this helped.

Slim.

I have an O.S. CVR in an MT2 and it is a great little motor however;A great alternative to the O.S. is a Sirio .18TX.I have one in my Firestorm that I purchased new on ebay for $60.The stock Firestorm motor mount needed a bit of massaging to get the Sirio to fit but it was well worth it.Very reliable, easy to tune and holds a tune well.I would definately give it the power edge over the O.S. as well.
