Just another fun filled day @ Fast cats. I love running at fast cats but man it takes a toll in the pocket book sometimes.

OMG...is that a Losi XXX-T. I was at Fast cats on Thursday and the same thing happened to me. I have the RTR chassis on mine, well I did. Anyways, a hit the wall just before the straight away and mine broke in the exact same place. The standard chassis sucks, cheap plastic. Thursday night I went onto A Main Hobbies and ordered the chassis for the Losi XXX-T MF2. It is a carbon composite chassis, with little reinforcing fibres in the plastic which makes it much stronger. It was $50 but hopefully you get what you pay for and it wont break lol.....

Ya some punk kid didn't call out that his car was in the middle of the straight before the wall and I hit him. he gets away unscaved and U have a broken chassis. Make note to self watch who is on the stand before practicing or know who your racing with.

I broke both front arms on our T3 on Friday night. Both at the same spot on the track at different times. They both broke at the base of the wall on the support of the ramp when coming off the wall. The first one was driver error...mine, as I cut across to close to the inside the second arm was broken due to a glitch on the radio and the car veered into the same support.

With the T3 parts pretty much used up I managed to modify the T4/B4 arms to fit and they work pretty good too.

Too add to my last post....That was my first time at FastCats for the off road week. There were buggy's and trucks upside down all night long. It's a real nightmare at times. I marshaled quite a bit but did notice that most people ran their packs out and went back to their bench.

On Friday there were 2 kids that did a lot of the marshaling. They might not know all of the rules or be loud enough to be heard but they were much more help then most of the adults there when it came time to pitch in where needed.
