Looking for obsession - RCCanada

Does anyone know where or how I can get a hold of Jon Fitzhenry (obsession)?
I bought a plane from him in April of this year and he hasn't sent it yet.

I did have a phone number and have talked to him numerous times asking to get it shipped, to no avail.

His phone is now disconnected, so I'm trying to track him down.

The last I heard he was living with his sister in Lethbridge, Alta.

This was a sizable sum of money so I would really like to find him.

Any help would be appreciated .

Well, I'm sorry about your loss, but after 7 months I think you're screwed. As this is a public forum, I was just adding my .02 cents, I'm sorry if my opinion offended you. Good luck with the recovery... you'll need it.

Mike, thanks for the kind words. I hope your wrong, mind you. I've dealt with this fella numerous times in the past with absolutely no trouble, (which is why I cut him so much slack) and didn't think there would this time either.

Someone in Alberta knows him and will help out...I hope.
And yes, you are entitled to you opinion, and I apologize for my rude and unjustified comments to you.

It was a Ziroli p-38, already framed up and ready for finishing. I did receive the center section in good time and because of that, (like an idiot) bought 2 engines, the retracts and other items to finish this bird.
BUT.... the tail booms and wings never came.

I've had simular problems with this person, actually his wife when they were known by a different name and so did several other people. To their defence they did pony up after about 8 months with promise of compensation for the troubles that never materialised.

Personally I don't deal with them.

And Mike having fun at someones loss is really low class. Are you one of those people who laugh when someone dorks a model in? Most people help out.
