Name That Plane

The attached photos are of a plane I built in the early 70's and subsequently gave away to a cousin after loosing interest in the hobby. The plane has resurfaced recently in that a friend of my cousin's wants to refurbish it and convert it to electric. I can't remember what the kit was and am wondering if anyone out there recognizes it.

Thanks,

Chris

Re: Name That Plane

I believe it is called a " Naviteer" and was perhaps kitted by Jetco.

Re: Name That Plane

Chris - if you do the Google search, you'll also see there's a guy that's actually selling kits of the Navigator made from his own CAD drawings.

Re: Name That Plane

I am actually building one of those right now. I picked up the kit as part of a bunch of stuff from a guy that was getting out of the hobby. The fuse had been started and there was no wing but I used jimhorner's cad file from the link provided above and got the parts cut and sent to me. I love technology! Problem is I can't quite figure out how the aileron pieces go together. The original kit didn't have them but jimhorner on the other site added them.
