Re: TX carry case

Good to hear! I have one from Canadian tire too...the aluminum one with the customizable foam...love it. Extra room for batteries and stuff beside the TX too.

Re: TX carry case

I'm a Pelican fan. I'm using 1550s for RC stuff and some bigger ones for camera gear and work things. They cost a bit more but last forever and you never have to give a second thought to the safety of your gear - no matter what happens.

Re: TX carry case

I also got mine at WalMart. Inexpensive, but also cheap. Not planning on throwing it around though.

Re: TX carry case

Call me crazy, but I see no aluminum tool case with the pick-n-pluck foam anywhere on the CT website, or the on the Walmart website.

Can anyone post a link (the posted link goes to an aluminum case with no pick-n-pluck foam) for me?

Thanks.

The picture doesn't show the pick n pluck foam, but it does have it (I have looked at this exact one at the local CT)

Re: TX carry case

Oh, I see, there is no foam to be seen. Thanks for the link.

I saw this one (the one in the link) at my local CT store, and it had those adjustable compartment dividers, not foam. Maybe I'll just check a different store, or wait for a new shipment to come in.

Weird, the one here in Kelowna has the foam in the inside and then the dividers laying on top of the foam.
