These guys never seem to advertise so I'll give them a plug http://www.nwmhe.com/index.htm
A nice day trip for all the modelers in south west B.C. It's really a giant swap meet/junk sale. But a fun day out. So bring your seventy five cent dollars and save me from myself

Re: North West Hobby Expo

Plan on being there.......not a bad venue.... Could be better on the commercial end but swap meet is very good.

Hey I am to cheap to pay the toll over the bridge. Your going to pay for the ferry (twice) and a bridge toll. I wish I had your hobby budget

Tough question, Depends what your interests are and what your looking for. For most of us it's mostly a day out and a chance to visit old friends. I usually have a list and having got into the hobby in the 1970's I tend to look for old stuff. Let us know what your flying now and someone might be able to offer some advise. With our dollar way below par I don't think there will be many smoking deals there. But if I come home with one treasure I consider it a successful day. Like I really need more stuff
