This weekend I had a chance to drop by the Kingston flying club field. I met a few members and very impressed. They were outgoing and friendly. If any one gets the chance to drop by I highly recommend it. A big thanks to the members I can't wait to drop by again .

Glad to hear that you enjoyed your visit! We love to meet folks from "away".

The KRCM field is such a nice place to hang out that many of us just never seem to wander too far away from home (going on safari into the surrounding woods in search of mis-landed planes doesn't count).

We are open year round and several of us n'er-do-wells seem to show up even in the most atrocious weather. Old saying: "Old enough to know better; too young to resist".

The Giant Scale Canada is a great event. Not to be missed.

We have a great bunch that fly during the weekdays weather permitting if you are around at that time of week.

I can vouch for the scale rally. I was there a couple of years ago. Great event, good field, lots of camaraderie. I encourage anyone that is near there on that weekend to definitely drop in.
