just wondering what everyone does about theirs. in offorad with dusty track they would get dirty fast. just wondering if they are used for one qualifier or race and then thrown out or do you just change the outer element for each race and then wash everything at home and reuse. also whats the cheapest place to get them and which kind is the best.

well it depens on how dirty it is if the outer filter is dirty and not the inner then i just clean the outer with either k&n airfilter cleaner which you can get at canadian tire then put air filter oil on it

if its dusty i replace the inner and outer after every qual and the main but if its not dusty just before the main
for cleaning i just use soap and water then oil with air filter oil
i get my filters from spectrum hobbies but amain seems pretty cheap too

Mine get done after every heat and I dont re use them....
I would rather spend $10 on a pack of elements than $300 on a motor.
