This is a good way to get things rolling here. I don't have a build ongoing at the moment but will be restarting a new body for my 500MD TOW Defender soon. Some of these have not been up in the air for a long time but should get out more often. Take care.

Here are a couple of my favourites
Both fly with on 3S 3000 to 3700 Lipo. The heavier lipos are needed to offset the added weight of the fiberglass fuselage, a lot of which is aft of the CG.

Both are excellent fliers.

Here's my Vario Alouette II.
Over a couple of years I've added features items such as the beacons, skid details, etc.
A few more to go yet. It flies great.

This AS-350 fuselage is intended to be a very light semi scale project for 600 size. It's about 1380mm long and 900gr. This one is for T-Rex but there is also one listed for TT .50 listed on eBay.ca.

Re: Show off your scale birds. Post pictures HERE :)

Here are two videos of two of my favorite scale helis to fly.

This a Hirobo wet-gearbox Llama that I got from Dean W. many years ago and really enjoyed my time with it. As it did not have an autorotation system in it, after many flights the engine died turning base into the field and it suffered some damage. I am still looking for a plastic glass "bubble" for it.

Here I am having fun with it on a very windy day out at the Ridge field in 1989.

and many years later, I got to fly another Llama, this time much bigger and turbine powered!

Hey Phil, were you ever that young? Those helis do look good though.
