Airtronics and Futaba
I was wondering if airtronics servos and a battery pack can be used with a Futaba reciever safely without causing any damage to the parts.

They are close but you have the power polarity reversed, both connectors use an outside signal wire but Futaba has a center positive wire, while airtronics has a center negative. Your servos will work, but are running backwards I imagine.
Check out the bottom of this website you will see what I am getting at http://www.fatlion.com/sailplanes/servos.html I dont think you are going to hurt the servos, but its best to have it correct anyways. |
