Its pretty maluble steel, and the only tool he said he used was a good pair of sissors(tin-snips)

in one of the corners.. in all the pics.. ther appears to be a seem.. so i am thinking it was as mentioned above.. cut in a parallelogram and then bent and re-shaped.. gently.. by hand.. not alot of skewing to do.. and if it is maliable metal.. it could be done..

No way it was sliced.. that is just crazy talk..

Snips can be hammers too.. they are fairly heavy.. use the handles..

Spond, i thought the same thing you did, it would work on larger ones, but the one ive got is 4x4 inch, its really hard to minipulate, it still bugs me, i need a true answer from someone that has seen this befor
its diving me nuts

Theres more than one way to get something that looks like that. However, it will be beyond what a pair of tin snips will do. So he used no other machines? Or does he have superhuman hands? Is your teacher going to tell you how it's done soon?
