Ohhhhh that crazie ol' Eddie.......that's a funny one...

You think that is funny? For the first five years of our married life we did not even have a telephone. Obviously did not need it either.

The only reason we got a TV in the first place was because we could not get baby sitters.

Ed S

P.S. What is the Ed Sullivan show?

Ahhh!!! Timezones. Didn't think of that. Still I wouldn't mind it airing on Sat. and then repeat Sun. even if it was at 11am each day.

What I can't understand is why they air the show at 8:30 and then 2 1/2 hours later repeat it. If I forget to watch at 8:30, more than likely I will miss it at 11. They should air the show on Saturday and repeat maybe on Sunday.

Hey guys, if the commercials and cars bug you just record the show and fast forward like I do. Thats if I remember to record the show in the first place.

Chris

Re: RC TV on Last Saturday

Watched RCTV today for the first time this year and all I can say is WOW. We talked last year about the show and several guy's remarked on how it will probably get better and it has. A tremendous improvement for sure and I personally will not miss an episode. Good for you Nick and everyone involved:cool
Really nice to see the local A 10 and also seen Andrew and Kevin from Skycraft Hobbies racing buggies

Re: RC TV on Last Saturday

Watched it this afternoon. I really enjoyed the episode. Mini tour of the AMA Museum. A Geebee without pants. A Warthog build in progress. Definately getting better each year.
Kind of interesting when they showed the RC Buggy racing that they were running it in fastforward.

The night flying was interesting and gave me some ideas for lighting my own planes with LEDs.
Hey Ken to me it looked as if the whole left stab was mostly gone. Lucky he got it down. I have seen one half of an elevator go and the plane went in as the pilot was pulling out of a dive.

Hmmm... first they had dangling chads now we are going to hear about dangling stabs!!!

Bill, with the old nostalgia planes you fly it would be great to see them on RCTV.

Chris

Oh and Randy if all you can do is troll, go somewhere else.

I scheduled to work, but do to old man winter , I only drove .5 of a mile and had to turn around and went back home [couldn't see the road past the hood of my van]. I did get to watch the A.M.A. part and the night flying segement. Thought they were very interesting and well
covered.

Especially like the A.M.A. coverage. My youngest son [12]who is also building a plane, was just full of questions when they showed the old radio systems.

I have an old radio mostly complete and in the orginal box with instruction. It is from the early sixtys and I believe it was built in France or Germany.

He was busy comparing that one with some he saw on RCTV and it would have been top of the line compared to some he saw that were at the A.M.A.

Re: RC TV on Last Saturday

History of older products, say from the late 60's 70's and 80's. Would be a neat topic on each show. Whether it be cars, boats, planes or helicopters.. Older Tamiya cars, Dumas boats, older engines and radios ect....
