Re: Wingham Jet Rally 2016.

Congratulations on your first jet build Reeaz and first jet flight.
You did well and handled the pressure well.
Following your comments this morning, I am now certifying you as a jet addict.
Looking forward to seeing the F15 soon.

Re: Wingham Jet Rally 2016.

A great thank you to Blair, all the volunteers who worked extremely hard in 36 degree hot and humid weather to ensure a smooth and successful event.

I saw a lot of the volunteers walking around emptying and collecting garbage bins under the hot sun, volunteers cooking including Blair's wife, volunteers registering pilots and explaining the guidelines individually and selling raffle tickets and many others guiding attendees, assisting in parking etc.

A lot goes into planning an event and even with this unbearable heat at times, all the volunteers were smiling and helping all the time.

I commend them on their efforts while we are enjoying a few flights they are working hard in the background,

Thanks again to all

Re: Wingham Jet Rally 2016.

I'm sure they deserve a lot of thanks & appreciation from everyone attending. Wish I had been able to make it but other family things have the priority but I'm looking forward to the photos.

Thanks for posting this Gary.
I've been itching to see it, After building this for Ali I was more nervousness watching him maiden it than I was to maiden my own F104!
The flight was perfect and he was very comfortable with it right from take off, I was politely telling him to get altitude the entire flight, and as you can see he did not listen well!
Best day for me in a long time, thanks for all the effort from everyone who help put on the event, can't wait for next year!

Richard
