Ken has never been good at responding to emails. He's a good guy but getting a response from him is like getting water from a stone. My last few emails to him never did get a response.
Having said that, he still appears to be open for business. A friend of mine just recently (in Feb) ordered some stuff from him. Things arrived later than normal to his house, and he never did get the tracking number, but everything did arrive in good shape.

In the past I always received replies within 24hrs of a placed order(usually with 12hrs)..I am still hesitant which is unfortunate,I like buying from him.

After an order was placed, yes usually the emails came quickly. When you would email him a question, he's always been slow or non-existant in his replies. It's a shame because, as I mentioned before, he's really a pretty good guy. I quite liked dealing with him. I haven't ordered anything from him in a couple of years, mostly because of that. I suspect that this is not his only job and so he may not have much time for email replies.

This has me concerned because I just placed an order on tuesday! I kind of thought something was off when my order says "pending" for the last few days. I really hope he comes through!

I wouldn't worry about it too much. I suspect that you'll get your stuff in a reasonable time. My friends last order from him, referenced earlier, showed up at his door before the email confirmations got to him as well. Ken may be terrible with responding to emails and phone calls but he's not the kind of guy who's going to try and scam you out of your money by not sending you your parts.

I have received my package on Monday. I did e-mail him expressing my concern and he did reply with a shipping tracking number. I am happy with the product and the time it was delivered.

I ordered from him about 1 and a half months ago he was slow to process the order and I had to email him in about a week after I placed the order. It took about close to 2 weeks before he processed it.
