Hey all,

Just getting into electrics(tired of poor weather, time to try some indoor flying). I bought a 3d Tiger Moth with all the fixings, however going to try with the stock motor before going brushless. Im trying to figure out what would be a decent motor/esc/lipo battery combination without breaking the bank. any suggestions?

i would suggest going brushless ,,,the prices are about equal theses days ,although brushless dont require mantanience and offer a lot more power

buy your equipment wisely with electrics or you will learn with your wallet

for example;; will the li-po you bought power brushless in the future?

castle creations now offer entry level brushless esc for 40 bucks cdn

p.s. there not much market for used brushed controllers and with no wonder
