RX Lipo setup for 35% cap

anyone have good reliable LiPo / regulator setup in to 2 redundant RX switches powering 5 digital servos 1 Micro throttle servo + fibre optic kill switch???
I have no experience with lipo batteries as RX power I need at least 6 volt to RX I would like 4000 mAHr is this enough?? Thanks

Re: RX Lipo setup for 35% cap
I use two 2600 mah Fromeco 7.4V into two regulators and a wolverine switch (Built by Fromeco).
It is a well proven setup and works awesome.
