anyone know how to zap magnets on say 19T motors. just saves me time and money on having to throw out perfectly good cans

Don't want to sound really stupid or anything but to zap magnets, you need a magnet zapper! Very few guys have those things. Cheap ones don't really work and the good ones are expensive. There are some custom made ones floating around and we usually don't name who has one. Post on fastcats and ask if anyone will zap for you locally. If not, you will have to mail it to the states to a motor tuning company; many of them will zap for approx 3USD each motor and you have to pay to ship it back and forth. I personally have not had the need to zap magnets. If I did, I'd haggle with the high end sponsored guys for hookups OR try building my own from plans!
