Exactly... It was Jack Marcotte's camera and I was shocked how clear it turned out!!!

Unfortunately, my job this afternoon is to de-gunk the bottom of the plane from all that smoke residue (I burned 1 gallon yesterday... $34.00 on oil ) and electrical tape residue!!!

All in the name of good fun!!!!!!

But this picture makes every penny and every minute of clean up worth it

Looks like this is gonna be an expensive summer

I just bought 2 more gallons at Hobby Hobby for $64.00... That's only eight 7-minute smoke flights

What do people use for smoke???? Any cheaper ideas other that the hobby-smoke oil?????

I want to stay away from diesel fuel or transmission fluid... Too hard on covering and too dirty. I've heard baby-oil works well???

Thoughts????

Hmmmmm maybe we can get eviromentally friendly and make some Bio Diesel.....lol. May have an issue with seagulls though!! HAHA

Trevor,
Huricane lamp oil with parrafin(It's already mixed in , you don't add it). Straight from the bottle. I've smoked out the pitts (sorry Pits) a few years ago with a saito .91. It comes in various colour but still only smokes white.

Sounds awesome!!! Where do I get it, what size jug can you get it in and how much does it cost???

Sorry - lots of questions, but this plane will only fly with smoke

Well.... Tomorrow morning Jack Marcotte and I are going out to Flying Tigers to capitalize on the sunny weather & low winds!!!!

Close your eyes Scaleguy!!!!... Tomorrow I'll try some hovering and 3D with this machine!!!!... Of course with smoke on
