Canadian made boats or?

Just got into boating this summer. Bought a shockwave 36 and then a super vee 27 nitro. Enjoy both boats but I would like something bigger (around 48") and gas powered. I would like an Enforcer or something along that line and quality. Problem is getting a boat from the U.S. Exchange and shipping is out of control. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Re: Canadian made boats or?

This will solve your problem and they are probably the best hulls made . They are made in Kelowna BC so what more could a guy ask for . Take care

Re: Canadian made boats or?

The only problem is all the kits are listed in US currency. It's unethical for a Canadian company to charge US currency. Seriously! Its like going to a Canadian Tire and paying US prices.....not cool!

Re: Canadian made boats or?

I was talking with Andy at AC. Great guy. I guess he has his prices in U.S. $ because he ships a lot of his hulls south and buys all his materials from the states. I guess it makes it easier. Anyway, most of what we buy online comes from the states anyway so we are used to the conversion.

Andy at AC Models also sells 95% of his boats to US customers. Great race boats. Well worth the currency exchange.

Don't forget about duty, excise tax, HST, and handling fee if buying from the States.
