good, had a defective s-15 engine, sent it to them and they sent back a whole new engine. (alittle mad because it was in shipping whne it was my bday so could not run it)

had my rear diffs strip in my mt2 and they set me TWo pairs whne one was stripped and i had sent no photos

that is about is.


nothing bad from them but that it did take awhile for them to pic up the phone

Bought a 12T pinion, the sidewall on the grub screw thread cracked. Emailed them and I got a replacement the next week.

I recently sent my motor back for warranty on a broken bolt in the block and just got a replacement motor today.
A special thank you goes out to Ron at pinnacle who suggested i return it for warranty. I was ready to just order a new one from him so essentially he lost a sale but earned a customers trust and that is worth alot more that the profit on the motor. I know in the following months when i'm ready to purchase a new buggy i'll be going to only ONE place to spend my money.
