Unhappy HK order tracking problems....Worried

Hi folks. I placed an order with Hobby King in China on November 24th to be shipped EMS to Canada and given a tracking number. It was components for a quadcopter with 4 2200 lipos with the shipment. It was handed over to the airlines on November 28th but I haven't received it yet and I'm getting worried. The tracking number doesn't work with EMS tracking nor Canada Post and I can't see any activity beyond handing over to the airlines from Singpost. Has anyone else had this kind of experience. How long should I wait before contacting Singpost or Hobby King?

Re: Worried

HK shipping can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks. I'd add another week at this time of year due to the increase in shipping due to Christmas.

Re: Worried

In the past, my lipo orders were shipped via Swiss Post, so I had to plug the tracking number in on their site (swiss post), not hong kong post, since the link provided at that time was incorrect. (not sure which tracking engines you tried)
Haven't ordered in a while, so that may have changed

Also, swiss post travelled to singapore, zurich, montreal, toronto, so it took about 2 weeks.

Re: Worried

if the last two letters of the tracking number are CH, then it's www.swisspost.com/

Re: Worried

be patient grasshopper. you should never expect an order to show up at a certain time. that many lipos could take 3 to 4 weeks. It will arrive in good time. The tracking # will work if you spend some time at it. most often my hk package will arrive long before the traqcking number says it will... This being the holiday package sending tiome give it a little extra. godd luck

Re: Worried

My last battery order from HK was shipped via Singapore post. It took 17 days to arrive.

After the handover to airline, there were no tracking updates until the package arrived in Vancouver and went into customs. Then there were regular updates from Canada Post.
