hi, i have that 3 in 1 version,the problem is the fail safe kicks in every 10 meters ,i cant race the truck like this,my batt pack is fully charged the motor is normal temp ,i don't get it i should just pull the dam thing out.

maybe its time for a new 1 front flips look cool the first time but i am sure they get anoying fast

I had the same problem. 2 things fixed this for me.


1 - changed the transmitter back to the stock on my savage.
2 - changed my crystals


Problem is gone now. Having the brakes kick in every few feet is no fun.

If this is your problem, you will know if it stays in control when its close to you and it looses control more and more as it gets further. (ie more braking occurs)

by the way, I had to fix it twice and both times it went away so either method should work..not necessarily both together.

Transmitter or crystals. Nothing to do with batteries.
