What a find!
Hey guys had to share my find of the month, i was in a second hand thrift store with my boy and my gf today and was looking in a tub full of toys when a red buggy wing caught my eye. Ended up pulling it out and low and behold it was a original tamiya madbull with the body complete with a tamiya esc, original motor, and a airtronics controller which the batteries are still good! got it home threw a 3000 mah nimd pack in it and works absolutly perfect! also in the same bin was a midnight pumpkin hard body im going back tommoro to see if the midnight pumpkin is in there too!and the cost? 5 bucks!! pictures to come this made my day to say the least.

Every once in awhile, you just happen to be in the right place at the right time and get the deal of the year!
A few years back a friend called me and asked if I knew of anyone who might be interested in purchasing his 1/4 scale BSA J3 Cub. The Cub was complete ready to fly and had an OS Gemini 1.20 Twin four stroke engine and a Futaba 6 channel radio. I had said that I didn't know of anyone off hand but would ask around for him. Then I asked, how much he was asking for it, thinking it was way out of my price range. He said how about $300? I said, I'll be right over with the cash. That for me was my once in a life time deal! The plane flew awesome, and the engine was just beautiful. Love to hear these stories! Good for you on the find, my friend! All the best to you!

nice.I scored a HummerH2 1/6 scale for $20 in Cobaconk a few years back...I have it ripped off the cheap Radio shack chassis.... I wanna mount it on a crawler.
It'snot R/C...but I scored a near mint condition R.O.B. robot for the NES for FREE from a local freecycler...it came with the Gyromite game and all his attachments...he even worked! the guy gave me 2 PS2s and an original xbox as well for free...which half workd..powered on but didn't read discs
