Stormer Hobbies ?

I made a order to stormer hobbies a few days ago. I checked out my shopping cart like I would any online store. But until now, they still haven't processed my order. Is there a special method of ordering from them? Because this time period is taking too long and I'm starting to lose trust with them especially with my credit card. Has anyone dealt with them before? Oh, and also, they didn't give me a price on shipping to Canada. They just stated in the invoice/ receipt that will pick the best shipping method.

I bought from stormer hobbies before. GREAT prices! I never use online carts and online ordering. I look at the website for selection and called in to place my order. Everything worked out pretty good. Unless you are getting some big and heavy, USPS air is great. NEVER SHIP UPS ACROSS THE BORDER! Why don't you just call them and tell them whats going on?

Dealt with them before. Its much easier when you call them. I bought 2 items, one is just a small parcel that it got through Canada customs without it having charged with tax. That USPS air parcel made it through in just 1 week time (including sat. and sun.) considering its coming all the way from Cali.

Call them and tell them you have a pending order on their site. And they are right, never have it shipped UPS.

2 days does seem a little long for your order not to be processed.

I've made 3 orders from stormer using their online ordering procedure, and it's never taken more than a day to update that information in the "my account" section.

These guys are right - just give them a shout, quote your order number, and find out what's up.

Just called them, and yea, it's been shipped this morning by USPS, not UPS. So good stuff... they just haven't updated my order complete page.

If I recall, stormers' shipping is way much cheaper, most especially on my last "small" parcel. They charge according to the size and weight of the item. My orders from towers is always fixed at US$17.99 shipping, and thats small to medium parcel. But on larger ones, they charge me $24.99.

Yea, tower's shipping is a bit high. If you calculate with the shipping price and customs charges, it doesn't differ much from buying at the LHS. I only buy online if I can't find anything in the LHS.
