DX8 mode change

Hey guys,I am trying to convert a Dx8 to mode1 from mode 2. Having trouble figuring out which screws are the centering screws for the gimbals. Each gimbal has three silver screws,two of which have springs near them. the third screw is different in that it has a built in washer. Has anyone done this before? I do not want to bugger up a brand new tx.

Cloudniner That was excellent,I followed the book and they remove the back to do it.I managed to figure it out myself but I did not move the gimbal wedge like they said to do.I may do that later. Guess that is why they take the back off. Thanks for the link.
