11.1V 1800mAh20C
I'm getting 11.7 volts after a full charge, flight time on my Trex450 is about a 1.5 minutes before hitting esc low voltage cut off. (set at mid cut off) I believe the batteries are done but could it be another problem? Everything is running cool. Using a 12tooth gear.

Thanks for the help.

full charge voltage should be 12.6. sounds like it's the battery.

Perhaps your charger isn't finishing the job. Were the cells properly balanced?

Using a Align wall charger which i was told also balances the cells, it does use the the balancing leads.

Some chargers have a storeage made that only partially charges the pack. Maybe you are not putting in 100% charge.
