Greetings from Sunny Queensland

Our weather forecast for today...Fine, very hot, max 41 Deg C.

UV Forecast... 16 UV ratings greater than 10=extreme.

Just be grateful for what you have got. The other man's grass is always greener. We wouldn't mind a bit of your rain and snow here at the moment.

Regards from Graeme Marion.

I just read that there are 400 N.S. bound tractor-trailers stopped in N.B. at the N.B. N.S. border. Must be fun!!! :P

Winter wonderland in Nova Scotia

That was some storm we had here in NS. During the height of it my neighbor went into labour requiring my father (the only one with a 4-wheel drive) to take her to the hospital. They just made it feew. My family has a farm here and on Thurs. going to tend the the animals I almost got lost in my yard for 10 minutes couldn't see a thing. Today after the snow, I finally got the ski-doo out of the garage and ventured up the road to survey the situation. I found multiple snow drifts some up to 12 feet high . The best part is Sat. is offering 15 more cm.

GOOD OLE CANADA

Colin, that should read the GOOD OLE MARITIMES! Moncton got about 20 less cm than HAlifax but still,we put 4 hours of shoveling and blowing into clearing our driveway and still have the front walk to do and widen the driveway. So maybe another 2 hours of work till I'm happy.Had to go out the patio door and shovel for 15 or so minutes to get to the snowblower. This was mild as compared to Halifax and other parts of NS. You guys take care not to strain anything and ruin your flying season.
