Depending on the charger it may do it automatically once the MAh rating of the pack is selected.

On the Accucycle PRO I can select 50 or 125 MAh manually. With the ELITE it is calculated within the unit once the cell count and pack rating are programmed in.

Just note that Futaba uses POS on the center pin of the charge plug on the Tx. JR is reversed with the center pin NEG.
