Hi

I'll be in Ottawa Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday next week, I would love to fly indoor in the evening, it's a long shot but I have to ask.

Thank you

Hi JP

I'll call you in the evening, don't worry about a place to fly, if we're lucky and there's not too much wind, we'll fly outside. I might leave my uncle's place on Sunday and go through your area to get back to Ottawa.
Talk to you after supper

Re: Blue Foamie

I managed to build two more foamies this week, one for Rolly and another one for myself, I can now build them in a bit less than 1 1/2 hour, ready to fly, including cutting the foam, I guess having made over 25 helps but most of them were for friends. It's just to show how quick and easy they are to build.

The the red/orange is Rolly's and the blue one is mine

Hi Andrew

I knew you would notice it, I really liked it and if I'm not mistaking, it looks like the one you flew in your basement. I flew it at the arena I was teaching at, to torture my students and it looks awesome in the air, actually they loved it, you should see the the knife edges when you have 200ft of ice surface.
I'll be in Guelph at the end of April for a week, I'll buy you lunch while I'm down there.

Hi

It's a loose copy of the Click, the fuselage is longer to make up for the added weight of the blue foam and there are other changes described on the build thread. If you're interested, send me a pm, I should be able to help you.

Re: Blue Foamie

A couple of us were flying electrics on Saturday at our club (Club Mars) in Quebec when Gaston came by.We chated for a little while and you know right away that Gaston lives and breaths this hobby which is always nice to see.I notesed he had three of his blue fomies with him and asked if he would like to do a couple of flights.I was very impressed with the performance considering it was quite windy.I managed to convince Gaston to sell me one. Later that day the winds calmed down and took it to the park down the road from my house and took it up for a couple of flights and had a blast.
It was great to meet you Gaston just a nice- nice fellow
Tony
